When paying via PayPal, there can be a short delay to activate your account. However, all accounts should be active within 24 hours of your purchase. If your account is still not activated after 24 hours have passed, please head to your PayPal account to verify if your payment was successful.
- If your payment was successful, please reach out to Shadow's Support with your Shadow's username, a copy of your PayPal receipt, as well as the email address associated with your PayPal account.
- If your payment was not successful, please reach out to Shadow's Support with your Shadow's username, and ask us to clear the payment attempt so you can try the purchase again.
If your payment was not successful, please reach out to PayPal support to understand why they rejected your charge before repurchasing your subscription.
